My weight is starting to go down again ounce by ounce and that is ok. I know I can’t do it on my own and that God is guiding me and letting my body to react in a positive way. As I finished my devotions this morning I got up to start walking for my weekend challenge where I was in 6th place. I was kind of down about that but a thought came to mind. I sat daown and added up how many miles I have walked so far this year. When I got to Jan. I noticed my Fitbit still had 2017 miles recorded. So I added up how many miles I had walked in2017.
I could not believe my eyes!!!
Miles walked in 2017 Jan— Dec. ————- 1,265.49
Mileswalkedin2018 Jan - Aug. 18th ———- 3,088.19
I’m healthier—— I can walk double what I did last year——- the scale may be slow but thanks to the walking challenges I have victory——— I eat slower———I drink more water——-I drink less coffee——- I eat out less———
I will not give up I’m healthier because of all of you encouraging me and my pushing myself.
