Day 21: Balancing Act

I was kind of bummed about some backsliding last week. I didn't track food on several days, mainly because I knew I was going over limits. Last night, I had pizza for dinner instead of my planned-on salad just out of spite to myself. So foodwise, I need some work this week. Today, I've got everything tracked. Good start.

Now, onto exercise. In this area, I've been rocking it! Last week, I attended two taekwondo classes and also got to Xperience Fitness twice. More importantly, I've taken only one rest day at a time...instead of drifting into a lapse of 2-3 days with no exercise. I'd like to keep this habit up while adding in nutrition tracking.

Fitness plan for the week:
Sunday: Bike ride (20 miles)
Monday: Taekwondo
Tuesday: Light cardio
Wednesday: Taekwondo
Thursday: Strength training
Friday: Rest day
Saturday: Strength and cardio
