How many times have you stepped on the scale and just know that you have lost weight only to see a gain and sometimes, like with me, a

LOSS/GAIN WEIGHT: +5.0
LOSS/GAIN INCHES: +1.0
LOSS/GAIN BODY FAT MASS: ~6.5
LOSS/GAIN LEAN BODY MASS: +11.5
LOSS/GAIN BODY FAT %: ~4.0
This is for the past week and I will say
to this weight gain of mine and I will no longer have
for what I have done because it's all goooood!!!!!
