Woke up this morning feeling good but very sore. Haven't done much cardio or strength in a long time, but it's well worth it. I know it means that this is starting to work. That being said I'm taking it easy today, just my stretching in the morning and in the evening and did some heavy cleaning this morning. Tomorrow is my rest day but even still I know I'll still be moving so I'll be burning something. Working through the pain is what I have to do I keep pushing myself but not over doing it cause I definitely don't want to hurt myself.
