Challenge Day - Day 10

I am currently in WA state and up early due to the time differences. I did a partial track on my food yesterday, but not a complete track. It was just too complicated due to the travel and just being exhausted. No workout either, but I did hit my 10,000 steps. Today I am at my parents house and will be helping to get the house ready for the baby shower.
Check in on yesterday's challenge activity:
1. Tracking at least 5 days/week.
2. Working out at least 5 days/week.
3. Eating more real food vs. processed foods.
4. No alcohol (this will be the hardest for me) Done!
5. Weighing in and taking measurements at least 1x/week. Done!
