The Rollercoaster, Part 103

Yesterday I was so down I didn't feel like doing anything, just wanting to sit and try to get my head straight. My appetite finally came back, too, so I was struggling with that. I ended up doing some work for my class, which made me feel good, and I went ahead and ate the fried chicken and biscuit for supper. Today I woke up feeling great, and I went for a brisk walk before it even got light outside. I remembered that one of the reasons I keep a non-diet day is because the next day I have so much energy. So I took advantage of it today. Then I sat down to write a necessary message to my STBX, and he responded and it worked out well. Now I just need to have a go-to plan for my down days, because I assume I'll still have them. I probably needed one anyway, but now it's very clear that I need to develop one quickly.
