Bouncing again... not!

Well, actually, It has been a long time since the last entry for the blog and I just reread what I wrote last month. I did fill up those Fat cells for now, but it won't be permanent. I went on vacation and I came home back in the 160's. I am now down to 160 and teetering at 159 again. That is 3 pounds down since Tuesday...I'm sure it was what I like to call "Travel Bloat." I'm sticking closer to the plan now and doing better. Fresh fruits and Vegetables are stocked in the kitchen along with lean meats and the whole grains.
When you are away at your parents for 2 or 3 weeks it can be hard to eat like you would always like and oh, can those cookies and cakes your sister insists on baking and leaving on the counter... well need i say more? (how is it that she is not tempted?)
I had been shooting to get to my goal wheight by vacation, but that didn't happen. (My sister and I have never been the same weight and i wanted sto see how we looked at that. She's a little shorter than I am and actually we were wearing the same size. We are slightly different body shapes but pretty close, She had to have 2 C-sections so that changed her muscles structure a bit, but she looks very good for that.) I fell about 10 pounds short, but I am still very pleased with my progress and my physical shape. I think I look very good for 55. Truthfully I don't think the years have been that bad to my body. Okay I have some places that jiggle a little more than I'd like, but as Tyra says...SO WHAT!
The one thing I would like to get rid of are these nasty hot flashes!
