So...I slept in this morning and got up at my normal time...I was enjoying the rain and just being in the bed so no morning workout...BUT I will be on it this evening...I plan to do an hour on the treadmill since I am starting the C25K program, then I will do some weights and ab work...

It has been raining and dreary the last few days but I am not's a nice break from the 100 degree days and my yard is LOVING it...I am also getting in some steps at work...every time I go to the restroom, I walk around the floor 2 times...every little step counts!!
