8/12/18 – W1D2 - 142 (down 1.2)
I was pleasantly surprised to awake and not feel pain and stiffness this morning. My morning walk with the dog was much more comfortable. Usually the walk helps to loosen up my joints, but today started out better. And, I feel more energetic and clear headed. I’m going continue to stay away from dairy as a test.

Bathed the dog last night. Church this morning and then must do some picking up and some laundry.
B – Smoothie (kale, spinach, banana, chia seeds, cucumber, kiwi, almond milk, cinnamon, ginger) sunflower seed and blueberry garnish
L – Salad (Romaine, cucumber, tomatoes, peach, carrot, flax)
D – Rice, roasted broccoli, green beans & onions -no photo - I ate it too quickly

    I have a problem with dairy too and it's very common. I don't do smoothies but I love lots of fruits and veggies.
