Chapter 29, Day 19

Have a full day to grind out at client site with meetings to present reports that I am still working on, which is why I am up for the day). I slept almost 7 hours last night, but it wasn't enough to catch up on my sleep. Depending on how I feel around early evening, will determine if I get out for a short walk. No Gold yesterday, and I have to be realistic, no Gold today.
Wonderful afternoon yesterday with grandson playing board games -- -yes, I was super busy and sleep deprived, but no way was I giving this precious time up.....I don't get to see him very often since the divorce.
My calories were low yesterday.....all right, too low, but better that than stress eating.
Get a short walk in today; eat healthy.
Client work....lots of it.
Grind out this day, step by step.
