Day 38/90 of a new protocol

Day 11/30 for 1 mile (minimum) a day walking

This is all without a cane!!!

    I have come and read your profile again and again am inspired to keep trying ...no not trying ..DOING my efforts to keep walking. Pain has increased lately but maybe that is a growing muscle pain and is good - but will keep up steady as I go - I wonder at times about a personal trainer but no $$ for such at this point - will approach Dr with idea and see if any way to get some help in that area maybe through V as physical therapy. For today it is keep getting in my steps with canes and time on stationary bike for range of motion. Am still ale to drive so will continue to do that in small increments.
