Mustard fish again

Recipe for mustard fish is just that I started frying sliced garlic & onions & had marinated the fish in garlic/ginger paste with coconut aminos, rice vinegar some Golden Brown Mustard, chili powder & pepper added the fish when the onions were brown & cooked on a low simmer & covered turned it over when one side was done. I am a great believer in "andaz" so no what I put. We really enjoyed it my son & I. It was red snapper but can be used any fish

    Mmmm... sounds interesting, we normally use Seer Fish or Pomfret here... do you get these fish in Dhaka. Will try it out this Saturday Inshaa Allah when Hamid has lunch with his golfing buddies.
