I stayed in my calorie allowance, I walked..but I still feel like I ate too much, I don't want to fall into a crash diet again for quicker results. I think it is in our mind that I didn't do good enough so I should just give up.. And that is when you stop and try another diet. At least that is my feelings. Once I got to the park and walked. I was fine. I did better today than I have for a long time. I really hope I lose this time.
