The beginning...

So I'm doing the beginner 30 day challenge and it says I need to write a blog.

I have PCOS and struggle daily with self confidence because of it. There are several symptoms that affect my appearance. I know I'm beautiful, but sometimes it's hard to see myself that way.

I ultimately want to lose 100 lbs. According to those weight/age charts that still makes me obese...but I feel like any smaller than that and I'll be a tiny feather.

I have a loving husband that loves me exactly how I am. He is supportive of me trying to better myself which is also helpful.

I'm hoping that I can continue to work on my self confidence and self image...all while making a healthier me.

It is not going to be easy, but it is attainable. Make small goals and they will lead to big successes. You have to make you #1 and tell yourself that you are worth it. And remember you didn't gain the weight overnight and you won't lose it overnight. It takes time, determination, motivation and support. You can get it all right here!
