Asking why I want to lose weight is an easy one to answer. I want to be healthy and able to keep doing my own chores and having fun for as long as I can. I know I have to eat well, sleep more, continue walking and exercising for as long as I am able.
Selecting the picture I want to look to for motivation isn't the curvaceous female wearing a bikini. I would choose one like the one below. I want to be the one who is still climbing and continuing to make improvements.
