Is the number on the scale the only thing that matters? What about: Better sleep Waking refreshed Less body pain More energy No headaches Walking with less pain Exercising with less pain Crushing your mile time Not lethargic or sluggish Less bloating Less tummy issues Mental clarity Healthy mindset No scale obsession Less anxiety/depression To me, that long list is WAY more important than a number on the scale.
