Day 3

Technically Day 5, but I missed tracking on Friday and Saturday. Thus, I am continuing my challenges at day 3. I have entered all food and exercise from yesterday, and will continue to push on towards my goals.
Yesterday I went to a friend's wedding, and had two pieces of cake (red velvet and I have poor self-control) and two drinks. It's too easy to drink a lot without thinking about the calories (nearly 400 just for the two drinks!), but as I will be tracking everything I consume, I will hopefully have a clearer image of what I do and don't need.
I've also noticed that these last few days, I've been quite dehydrated. Today, to combat my sugar cravings, I will drink a glass of water when I crave sweets, and then re-evaluate whether I am truly hungry or simply dehydrated. This two-birds-one-stone solution will be carried on throughout this health journey.
