Day 21 (or is it 22?) : 12.8 lbs gone!

My first day of no diet coke was on July 22. I logged my food that day but I didn't stay within my calories/nutrients at all. Is that day 1 or is July 23 day 1 when I actually did do well with my food?

Oh well, I guess it really doesn't matter.

I didn't log my food from dinner last night. We ate out. I made somewhat okay choices but not great. I had a taco salad and I ate that fried tortilla bowl. I also had some tortilla chips and salsa and a tortilla with butter on it.

But regardless I am thrilled with my weightloss on the scale. As of this morning I have lost 12.8 lbs. My motivation remains strong. I still need to work on the exercise end of things but I am definitely more active then before I started all of this when I was probably averaging 2000 steps in a day.

Tomorrow is the last day of Marching Band camp for my daughter. I'll probably go walk around the lake if its not too warm after I drop her off, otherwise, I'll try to go to the YMCA. Hopefully, I'll be feeling better in the morning then I have the last several days.

My oldest son turns 17 on Wednesday and school starts Thursday! It's a big week. Onward!
