Well yestday didnt do to much in working out i did have a few drinks but then we went orderedpizza had 2 pieces donair pizza an not sure how many garlic fingers. Today did my flat tummy workout an tracking my food better. Maybe get a walk in later .back to work tomorrow afternoon 4 til 1am all week gonna try get my workouts in before work :)
