Here's to another a GREAT week! Unfortunately, I gained weight this week so I am going to readjust my meal plans and workouts. As you all know, planning is key to everyone's success. So, what are you readjusting for this week?

Today's Weight = 218.5 (+1.2)

Weight Loss Goals = To lose 1 to 2 pounds per week


1. Exercise (Cardio) at least 60 minutes per day
2. Exercise (Strength & Stretch) at least 45 minutes per day
3. Daily Steps at least 11,000 steps per day
4. Distance at least 5 miles per day
5. Sleep 6 - 7 hours per day


1. Write & Publish at least 10 Articles per week via HubGarden
2. Research & Write at least 2 Inspirational Blogs this week
3. Participate in writing/blogging Facebook Groups
