Small streak last day

Sunday, August 12, 2018

So if you've been following my blogs for small streak you know that my streak is:
I will have 3 🍷wine free days each week.

I will have a 7 day smile and dance streak.

Streak started on Sunday 8/5.

8/5 No wine and dance complete. πŸ‘πŸ‘
8/6 No wine and 4 dances complete πŸ‘πŸ‘
8/7 dance complete, but I did have 2 glasses of wine when I was out with my hubby for dinner. I know I only need one more wine free day this week, but I'm shooting for more than 3.
8/8 No wine and dance complete. πŸ‘πŸ‘
8/9 No wine and dance complete. πŸ‘πŸ‘
8/10 dance complete emoticon 2 glasses of wine with dinner emoticon
8/11 dance completeπŸ‘ 1, one, glass of wine with dinner πŸ‘

So for this week I had 4 days with no wine, 1 more than I set as my goal. On the other days I had wine with my meal, not exceeding 2 glasses. Today starts another week for a small streak. I won't be posting everyday but here is my goal for next week:

I will have 4 🍷wine free days over the week.
I will practice at least 3 yoga posses each day.

Way to go! Good job on even surpassing your streak. It's kind of a fun challenge to keep things going like that. I'm glad you're adding some yoga to your next week's streak!

Congrats on doing even better than you set out to do on your streak. Just goes to show that a goal like this doesn't have to be all or nothing......just setting a limit is sometimes all that is needed. Good job!!!
