Taking the time, setting a goal

I plan on setting 30 minutes aside today for walking. I have a goal of losing by next year. It is my high school reunion, it use to be no problem for me to walk on my days off. Now I don't know if it is depression or what but I dont. I have to do quite a bit of walking during the week, but I don't push myself to walk any other time. I think walking is my answer to feeling better. I realize making good habits results in a happier life. I just want all the binge eaters like me know, you can overcome it. I have before and lost 100 pounds before. But oh the beginning is so tough. As you can read. I am struggling to begin

It is not going to be easy, but it is attainable. Make small goals and they will lead to big successes. You have to make you #1 and tell yourself that you are worth it.
