Active and Productive Day Today

Was up by 5 AM and after the morning prayers, walked for 30 minutes... 10 minutes of walking and 5 mins of sitting in between as I tend to get short of breath and the calves hurt too. 4000 steps accomplished for the day, I use a Fitbit HR which my second son gifted me for my birthday this year. and then 20 minutes of chair yoga with the help of my Rahat my live-in help..
Made a light breakfast of ommlette with egg whites only for myself and my husband with a glass of home made whey.
This done by 9 AM. pottered around the house, did a bit of de-cluttering in the extra bedroom and then got ready to go out for lunch. Our eldest son and his wife took my husband and I to a new mediterranean restaurant, Enjoyed the food there and also got in more than 1000 steps as it was in a mall and needed to walk. My daughter-in-law offered to get a wheelchair for me but I chose to walk and after lunch rested on the benches while my husband and children went around the mall,
Also did a small cheat by having 2 prawns - not advised for me due to cholestrol,,,, but I guess an occasional cheat day is fine. And a sugar free panacotta with chia seeds.
We then visited my nieces, one of them is leaving for Mecca tomorrow morning for Haj (an annual pilgrimage) and another niece leave for Chicago tomorrow night and will be gone for 4 months as she is visiting her daughter who is celebrating her 25th wedding anniversary.
Got back home by 7 and made a quick dinner of a salad for myself and my husband went over to our youngest son's house for dinner.
Thus managed to stay within the calorie limit despite the prawns and the dessert so feeling mighty proud of myself.
