Another short night. Procrastination....that'll do it. More bad habits to replace. Another thing for the "to do" list.
Gold day yesterday...had to work for it over the evening...too much couch time earlier.
Time with grandson today.
Go for gold
Take a nap....heading to bed soon.

UPDATE -- chained to my computer for client work and then spent afternoon with grandson. When I returned home, fell asleep on couch for night from sleep deprivation. A very good day with Grand....a very bad day with Program
