90 Day Challenge - Day 4

I am so sore today. Yesterday was snatch work at the gym followed by 75 snatches at 55 lbs for times. My shoulders are sore and my neck mucles are really tight. I went to bed last night with a raging headache. I'm not sure if it was from my neck muscles or from day 3 of no alcohol. I was able to fall asleep, but my daughter woke me up tell me the power went out. It didn't come back on until around 2 am and I didn't fall back asleep, because I was worried about the hubby waking up for work in the morning...fun!

Anyways, I weighed in today. I'm going to make my weigh in days Saturday or Sunday, because when work starts weighing in on the weekdays just won't work. As of today, I'm down 2.5 lbs and have lost 1/2 an inch. I'll take it! I'm focusing on transitioning back to Paleo type eating (limited dairy, but not dairy free) and keeping my carbs low. Yesterday was the first day I finished w/in my calorie range!

Challenge check in from yesterday:
1. Tracking at least 5 days/week. emoticon

2. Working out at least 5 days/week. emoticon

3. Eating more real food vs. processed foods. emoticon

4. No alcohol (this will be the hardest for me) emoticon

5. Weighing in and taking measurements at least 1time/week emoticon
