Step 1: Get out for my morning walk.
Step 2: Eat a healthy breakfasat
Step 3: Repeat healthy meal 2 more times and limit snacks to freggies or yogurt. Keep moving for a fitbit green day

Worked hard for the fitbit green day....found myself doing jumping jacks the last half hour before midnight just so I could burn off enough calories for green.
