Broke into the 120's!!!

Finally did it! I've been walking, stretching, and doing yoga. I follow a healthy lifestyle of moderate eating. If I want a treat I have one, but I counter balance it with adjusting my daily calories.
I'm focusing on more strength training now to tone up. Today I hit 129.6 pounds! I have lupus, fibromyalgia, chronic migraines, and arthritis. My highest weight was 188. No one thought I could lose the weight but with the help of my sister in law and determination I did it! If I can do it anyone can! It took me 3 years but it is so worth it.
I'm still not at my goal weight. I'm only 5' tall so my goal weight is 120. But I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!
A huge thanks goes out to my Divas, my X-weighted challenge team that pushes me all the time! And all my other Spark friends!
I'm not stopping till I reach my goals. Good luck to everyone! We can do it!
