I saw one of those "Ads" Google has about a multi-use bottle opener. www.amazon.com/P

This is one on Amazon, but Walmart said they carried one, so I went to the store to see if I could get it there, but no luck. Customer Service lady said I've have to order it off the website, which I don't do. But looking in the kitchen gadget section I saw this little "Can colander". Okay, you have probably known about these items for ages, but I haven't. I bought that "Can Colander" for $1.88 and love it. I buy cans of tuna often and this works great to drain them. I always seem to drop something like green beans in the sink when I'm trying to drain a can.
So, I'll get my son to order the bottle opener, since he has "Prime" and gets most everything off Amazon. I just hate to ask my husband or son to open a jar or bottle for me. One less thing to worry about.

Thank goodness for Amazon, right? Love the 2 day delivery of most items. Cans seem to get a lot harder to get open nowadays. After struggling to open something, I think that I should have asked the cashier to open it when I checked out! Pickles are the worst, getting the cap loosened the first time. I don't even fully tighten the mouthwash cap because I struggle to get the locking cap open. Why does mouthwash need a locking cap?

I was browsing and saw your name on another member's page. I remember you from years back. Sorry about your breaking your femur, whenever that was.

And yes, I have had a can colander. It was so useful when I ate canned tuna. I don't even remember how i found out about them. Glad you found yours. And congrats on your weight loss over the years.
