I am not feeling 100% today but I will still go home and get 30 mins on the treadmill...I know that once I start "missing" days, it becomes a habit and then I would go weeks without working out...it has happened before...

So that is my plan...hope I don't start feeling worse...

    Hang in there you got this, I have Lupus and pushed myself more than I probably should have but not letting a day slip past is important.
