Twenty-Fifth Weekend Fasting Cycle

My cable modem got wiped out from a nearby lightning strike so I got delayed in posting this. My 25th weekend fasting cycle went without a hitch. I cooked some pasture raised chicken wings and backs with my dry spices method and they were good. No pics until I get a new cable modem. I think of the combo as chicken with no breast which is a good thing because the breast is high in methionine, a pro-inflammatory amino acid. Chicken skins, bones and organs have more glycine which is good for you and is anti-aging.
I now have 50 cumulative days of fasting. I'm looking forward to the next weekend as another important milestone is next. The 26th represents half of 52 weeks in a year.
