    That was an interesting article, thank you for sharing. This is one of my "soap box" issues. Wanting to take your Chihuahua with you to WalMart does not make him a service animal. I like to see true service dogs helping their person navigate life's obstacles, I understand how an animal can reduce crippling anxiety and allow a person to live their life with more choices - but I get really tired of people taking advantage of the fact that businesses can't really refuse service if the people just say "therapy dog".

    Personally I would not want to expose my dog to strangers if he really wasn't a service animal. It's bad enough that we are exposed to all sorts of unhealthy things when we are in public. My grandmother was blind so people abusing this privilege make me angry.
