90 Day Challenge - Day 1

I created a 90 Day Challenge for myself, starting today! Within these 90 days, I want to lose at least 15 pounds. What does my challenge consist of?
1. Tracking at least 5 days/week.
2. Working out at least 5 days/week.
3. Eating more real food vs. processed foods.
4. No alcohol (this will be the hardest for me)
5. Weighing in and taking measurements at least 1time/week
That's it. Nothing Earth shattering, just making simple choices more often than not. Join me!
