I am body has not gotten use to getting up early and working out before work...hopefully, this stage will pass...I can definitely "feel" that missed hour of sleep... emoticon

But I did workout before work today and plan to workout again after work...I am happy that I have been consistent with my workouts...that was a HUGE issue before...

Now that I am at work, it is time to get ready for meetings(another thing that will enhance my sleepiness, LOL)...hope you have a great day!

    Is it possible to go to bed an hour earlier so you don't lose sleep? Good job with the workouts
