This will be a two-part blog -- maybe. I have two challenges today.

1. Wisconsin State Fair
Dear lord, what do I eat here? Wisconsinites, God bless us, apparently love anything smothered in cheese and bacon and fried on a stick. Sigh... My only hope seems to be in avoiding all food until I get home. We'll see.

2. Black Belt prep class
Although I am intimidated by the prospect of testing for my next belt rank, I am going to the two-hour prep class tonight. Help me, help me. I'm scared stiff.

Send some good vibes my way today. Challenge is the right word!

Part 2: Update
Yes! The fair had veggie wraps with no mayo! And I survived the class — sore, but riding a mental high. Thank you!
