First day of cardiac rehab

Monday's session was spent getting history and
seeing what I was capable of doing now-not much.
I will use the Nu-Step today (like a recumbent bike)
and the treadmill. I am sure the hour will go fast but
I do not anticipate huge gains or any ability to stay
active the whole time. I did take a 10 minute walk
yesterday and felt pretty tired the rest of the day, My
body is telling me that recovery will take a long time.
I have 12 weeks of rehab, 3 sessions a week. I am
sure I will see great results. For now, one day at a time.
