Day 6 - 30 Days of 100 Squats

Yes, my knees hurt when I descended the stairs today. No more deep bends today, but I did all 100. I'm going to give it 2 more days, and if my knees don't get better, I'll continue til 30 days, but I won't be foolish. I'll cut back to 2-3 times per week. I'm thinking I need some recovery time anyway. Gotta remember, I'm an old lady!

We shall see!

    You could,probably do,it if you didn’t t go too low and just make sure your quads are engaged...
