Day 9: Meals I Love

All of these meals are healthy choices and about 300-400 calories each. I'm writing them down to remind myself of my options. Other suggestions welcome!

Breakfast:
Oatmeal with blueberries, almonds, and soy milk
Smoothie: coconut milk, spinach, strawberries, frozen banana, vanilla protein powder
Whole-grain cereal, soy milk, and fruit
Spark Solution Bacon-Swiss omelet with wheat toast and fruit



Lunch:
Salad with bulgur wheat, garbanzo beans, feta
Salad with black beans and grilled chicken
Greek yogurt with berries and natural granola
Turkey, tomato, and lettuce on wheat bread


Dinner:
Grilled chicken with veggies and whole grain
Grilled chicken on salad with whole grain bread on the side
Turkey tacos
Chicken burrito bowl
Spark Solution Southwestern One-Dish Dinner
Spark Solution enchiladas
Salmon with broccoli and rice
