Doctor said I made his day!! He even called me skinny!
From May 2018 until today, BP went from 132/91 to 114/83, BMI from 32.87 to 28.12 and weight from 256 to 219. That's 37 pounds lost, 1 pound below my target weight of 220 (for 100 pounds total lost). He cut my BP med to half a pill every other day, plus no co-pay on new insurance for preventative appt. at check out?? Whaaaa?
He also supported my fasting nearly exactly the way I did it. Suggested setting new target weight at 200 pounds. Maybe, just maybe all this effort, work, determination, fear, hope, diet, exercise, health junk, stupid stuff works. Eat less, exercise more: can it really be that simple??
