I didn't get up and workout before work today but that is fine...I wanted to sleep in until my normal wake up time...I got over 17,000 steps yesterday so I needed to let my legs "rest"...I will get on there later today...

I plan to get up on MWF and workout before work...3 days of that should be enough...LOL...

    That is the exercise path I am following too. I am quite a bit older and have faced some serious health issues. 3 days a week is good for me.
