Day 5 - 30 Days of 100 Squats

It was 9:30 p.m. when I finally got to them (almost forgot), but I got them done. Knees a bit sore -- the deeper bend yesterday was not a good idea. I have to remember to take glucosamine-chondroitin and MSM.

    I do my squats in my pool. I can't do them very well because of my knees. Good job.
