HIIT Chair Exercise - My go to sweat fest.

I discovered chair exercising many years ago and I love it so much. Why? The simple reason is, it gets my heart raved up and I have a lot of energy hours after. Chair exercising is my go to exercise when I am first starting out, when my knees can't carry me and when my body aches from to much pain. I use it even when I'm able to stand and walk to exercise.. Usually with a ratio of 60/40. As long I as keep my arm moving and if i can, my legs, I know I will get a great workout.
My favorite HIIT chair exercise are done on youtube by Pahla Bowers. Even when she does standing HIIT,, I sit and exercise with her. I turn my music on and before I know it I have done 50 minutes.
Another favorite of mine is Paul Eugene. He has a lot of chair videos and standing videos on youtube. I use them all but here is one of my favorite chair exercise from him.
One of my favorite youtube channels for toning is Hasfit. As the others, they also do standing exercises but their toning ones from a chair is my go to. Here is one of my favorites.
What are some of your favorite chair exercise programs. I'm always looking for more to keep me interested and to keep me moving.
