Morning exercise.....not for me.

Well I tried to exercise this morning before my shift at work. 10 minutes in (give it 10 right) I caved. I am an afternoon exercise gal. I know as long as I exercise it does not matter when I do it. I just wish I could do the morning thing. Anyone out there know what I mean? I have lost over 60 lbs in 3 yrs and have maintained for almost 3. This is my third time with the app. Always losing before, but regaining the lost weight. Guess it goes to show we are all on our own journey and there is no perfect fix.
