I was off all last week. I ate unhealthy 2 out of 7 days. I'm not going to beat myself up about it. I worked out everyday ( at home or the gym) . I am happy with my progress. After reading some others Spark people blogs I am encouraged. Also my faith is what keeps me going. There are days when I want to stop and go backwards, but that's not where my purpose is. So I keep pushing, I rest when my body tells me to. Rest, healthy eating, and exercise is all apart of my journey. Thanks for reading. Be bless and be a blessing 😁
