First Month of Intermittent Fasting Complete

I gave myself a birthday gift of improving my health. Got started on the 6th of July with my IF program. I started off with 16 8 and did good until I got paid two weeks in.. Going shopping and all the running I did threw me off (excuse number 1) and I bought fast food and continued to eat out of control and out my fasting hours for three days. I decided to put that behind me and get back on the fast. I switched to 20 4 to make sure I would not derail my goals and also wanted to see if I could eat in a 4 hour period. It has worked out pretty good. It's hard to get all the calories in but doable for now. I am going to stick with it until I go see the doctor next month and then see what she says. I lost 9 lbs in the month and I can tell a noticeable difference in my stomach. I am taking pictures but they are just to embarrassing to show. I have a cold so not filled with energy right now but I am doing chair exercise, both cardio and strength and my calories range is 1200 - 1500. I will do an update if things change or on September 6 after the month is over. Pretty Excited.
