WALK AWAY!!

I have discovered walking for my health! I can't walk fast, but I can walk. I don't have to beat anyone else's time or steps. Just try to beat my last steps. I can compete, but I don't have to be the over all winner. I just have to be my winner. My advice to those of you who are just starting out. Set your goals small, reach them and raise them again.

    I love this! I was forever comparing myself to others and would always feel bad about myself if I couldn't do as much or as well as them. No more! Like you, I am my own competition and if I work to beat yesterday's goal. It helps keep me motivated and headed towards the finish line.
