It's been a solid 6 days, with good weight loss results. I've worked hard for it. Still lots of work before me.
25# to lose in all -- 5 months to do it -- 5# to lose each month.
MUST continue to work hard and continue to fight the excuses and the food temptations. They come every day, multiple times. I fight it by remembering my reflection in the storefront glass. I really, really don't want to be her anymore. Is this enough to help me avoid today's appetizers and birthday cake at the family August birthday soiree
6 day streak of GOLD and my fitbit sporting a green day
Walk....giving myself a pass on the fitbit green day (I won't have the time today for 14K-15K steps) and I will limit my calories to one of the options below but I need to track a sample food plan for today and evaluate.
I usually allow myself 2000 calories for special food events (15 calories x my healthy BI weight) I'm evaluating 1555 calories as an alternative, which is my max allowable calories per Spark...that will be a big challenge enough. My fitbit has me set much lower as I chose a more aggressive weight loss option -- about 1K calories only for a green day, but the more I exercise, the more I can eat (yeah, I know about the 1.2K being the absolute lowest one should go....I will switch to a less aggressive option soon)
