Well, since flylady said that routines take a while to get established, I decided to move on to the next day in the pink book.
Select an Exercise Plan
I already exercise often, but I am just doing it without a plan. Ha! I think here I may be mixing it up with training vs plan to exercise.
This day's exercise is not really an issue for me since I am already active.
My planned exercises:
Run the Year - using my daily steps accomplish 2018 miles
Amerithon - challenge to virtually cross the United States goal: 1 year - 1 1/2 including intentional walking, running and biking miles. (So far I am behind in this one - so I'll set certain mileage for each month)
Pick a 30 day challenge from the 30 day challenge app
I move enough each day that I am not really going to concern myself with adding in more spontaneous exercises.
