I have read about it and wondered how it works--now I know. A few small changes add up. I lost 3.4 pounds this week. It is for a two week period but I will take it. During these two weeks I have gone to a birthday party and eaten chocolate cake (small piece). Went to Cheesecake Factory and ate a piece of cheesecake. Ordered off the Skinnylicious Menu and had a salad instead of fries with my Skinny burger. My sister was here and we did some traveling. Ate almost every meal out but made good decisions.
I don't have a scale anymore. Mine broke and I haven't replaced it so I was a little anxious about the weigh-in today. I kind of thought my clothes weren't binding anymore but just wasn't sure.
Anyway, I really feel like this is something I can do. The amazing thing is that I started on May 5 and I have not had one binge. Ice cream doesn't have the pull on me that it once did. As a matter of fact this week someone brought in a cake and one of my co-workers brought me a piece. It really looked good. Had that really good icing. I took two bites of the icing and decided it was not worth it. Took it to the breakroom and threw it into the trash before I could change my mind.
I now weigh what is on my ticker. I have been wanting to move it for a long time--won't be long now for sure.
