In the Find 10 Challenge today we were challenged to take the chores around the house and turn them into exercise moments.
As I worked today I thought about them;
I vacuumed for several minutes and got some needed steps in to complete my 10,000 for the day. Our article suggested doing lunges as we vacuumed.
There was other cleaning to be done and lots of reaching to stretch and strengthen the core.
Ironing was a good chance to "suck it in" as I lifted the iron each time to once again have the core engaged.
Supper time is a good time for multi-tasking and, drinking water as we go to, keep the spoon out of our mouths.
I thought the article with the challenge was a good one for motivation today.
