Chicken thighs
Cantaloupe
It looks like I’m not going to meet my eat the rainbow servings today, but I’m having full, satisfying meals with nutrition that are within my calorie count. At the end of the day, I will have surpassed my intended calorie count by 3 calories, but that’s not bad!
Every day I set a daily goal. Today’s goal is to eat low sodium because yesterday I ate too much salt. Tomorrow I’ll work on more water in the foods I eat.
